Eskay Mining and P2 Gold Announce Termination of Business Combination and Expansion of Exploration Services Agreement

VANCOUVER, BC, June 26, 2024 /PRNewswire/ – Eskay Mining Corp. (“Eskay”) (TSXV: ESK) (OTCQX: ESKYF) and P2 Gold Inc. (“P2”) (TSXV: PGLD) (OTCQB: PGLDF) (together, the “Companies”) have mutually agreed to terminate their non-binding letter of intent due to current market conditions. This decision was made in light of the business combination transaction initially agreed upon on June 4, 2024 (see joint news release of Eskay and P2 dated June 4, 2024).

Despite the termination of the Letter Agreement, the Companies have decided to proceed with their Exploration Agreement. Under this agreement, P2 will conduct an exploration program on the Eskay-Corey Property for the 2024 exploration season. Exploration crews are set to mobilize to the site this week.
