CyberMetals reported that 80% of investors trust physical assets, with gold (64%) and real estate (63%) being the most trusted options.
Providing further insight, CyberMetals noted that a significant 89% of gold investors believe in the long-term investment value of the metal. Interestingly, 49% of gold investors stated that investing in gold had a positive impact on their overall portfolio. Additionally, 58% of investors reported holding gold in their investment portfolios.
Gold (XAUUSD:CUR) is currently trading at $2,337/oz, having reached an all-time high of $2,454.20 on May 20. Year-to-date, the precious metal has seen a 12.7% increase in value.
